QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Thanks for taking a chance on my stories! My ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email from my distrubter, BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed (I would check your spam folder as it may have gone in there).

You can also find the books that you purchased directly from me by going to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name.

If you still can't find your books, it could be because your phone or computer autofilled an email address that you no longer use (oftentimes icloud email addresses are filled in when using ApplePay). If that's the case, you can send an email to customerservice@authorjudycorry.com and we will be happy to update the email address attached to your order and resend the BookFunnel email.

QUESTION #2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

Bookfunnel does allow you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.
For the audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app. At this time, I do not allow downloads of the audiobooks as this makes them easier to pirate. The BookFunnel app is easy and free.

QUESTION #3: IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER TO READ?

Each of my books can be read as standalone romances since they all feature different couples. The only series that I really recommend be read in order is my Eden Falls Academy series, since there is a secret in book one (The Charade) that will be spoiled by the other books in the series if read out of order.

But all that said, since all of the characters in all of my books/series are in the same universe, the reading experience is definitely enhanced when read in chronilogical order within the series.

QUESTION #4: CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you, I can't get them back, I do not offer returns on the ebooks or audiobooks. I also do not offer returns for personalized paperbacks. I hope you understand. 

QUESTION #5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED

Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
